Government is required to report all contraventions and non-compliance by disclosing the name of the person or company who has broken the law or specific conditions, the municipality in which the person resides or the company is located, a description of the contravention, and the amount of the penalty.

The program is a way to share fish among anglers and provide harvest opportunities at waterbodies that would otherwise have a catch and release regulation.
