The Enhanced Capacity Advancement Program (ECAP) provides multi-year funding for up to three years to Alberta-based non-profit organizations with a primary mandate to build the capacity of other non-profit organizations and strengthen the sector as a whole. The program guidelines includes information on eligibility requirements, funding considerations, application procedures, conditions of funding for successful applicants, and impact and financial reporting requirements.

The purpose of this stream is to match or supplement the donations Albertans make to humanitarian projects of their choosing in developing nations.
