The Psychedelic Drug Treatment Services Standards are made pursuant to the Mental Health Services Protection Regulation under the Mental Health Services Protection Act. The Standards, along with the Act and Regulation, set the minimum requirements that a licensed psychedelic drug treatment service provider must comply with in the provision of psychedelic drug treatment services.
