The proposal involves steam assisted gravity drainage (SAGD) and solvent aided process (SAP) with a bitumen production capacity of 180,000 barrels per day. The location is approximately 300 km north of Edmonton within the Municipality of Opportunity. The EIA was deemed complete in 2014.
