The proposal is for production capacity of approximately 155,000 bbls/d of bitumen using steam assisted gravity drainage (SAGD) and solvent-cyclic steam assisted gravity drainage (SC-SAGD). The location of the project is approximately 90 km west of Fort McMurray in the Municipal District of Opportunity No. 17 and the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo.
