Description

Modifies Schedule 2 of the Reform of Agencies, Boards and Commissions Compensation Regulation with respect to the compensation level for full-time and part-time vice chairs. Modify Sections 7(2)(a) and 7(5)(b) to allow for severance or separation pay in the event of non-renewal of a contract of employment or term of appointment.
