This document contains an overview of the Drought and Flood Protection Program (DFPP), a grant program designed to assist municipalities, Indigenous communities, special areas, and improvement districts construct infrastructure that protects against the impacts of drought and floods. Also included are application guidelines, designed to assist communities complete and submit an application to the program.
