Description

Presents the findings of an investigation into a workplace fatality in the wholesale and retail trade sector that occurred in June, 2014. A worker was servicing his personal vehicle at his employer’s service shop. While under the vehicle, the worker was using a pry bar to move the front end back and forth and the stand supporting the truck frame on the driver side toppled.
