Seven reports were completed by the study team as part of this study. The final report summarizes these reports and provides additional material on promising practices in the development of services and supports for older adults with developmental disabilities. These reports include: Aging with a Developmental Disability: A Health Perspective, Projections of the Population of Older Persons, Assessing the Health of Older Adults with Developmental Disabilities, Family and Guardian Focus Groups Summary Report, Individual Financial Support for Older Adults with Developmental Disabilities, Guidelines for Using the Supports Intensity Scale (SIS with Older Adults with Developmental Disabilities, and, Six Critical Factors Organizations Need to Think about when Providing Services and Supports to Older Individuals with Developmental Disabilities.
