Provides a brief introduction to the Guideline for Wetland Establishment on Reclaimed Oil Sands Leases, which lays out an approach to the development of wetlands on reclaimed landscapes in the oil sands region. The guideline was developed by the Oil Sands Wetlands Working Group which had representation from government, industry, consulting, university and aboriginal communities.
