Also states that the Land and Property Rights Tribunal shall hear appeals of decisions of the Calgary Metropolitan Region Board on applications submitted pursuant to the Board’s Regional Evaluation Framework, in accordance with Sections 8 and 9 of the Dispute Resolution and Appeal Bylaw.
