The Bighorn Advisory Group was asked to provide recommendations about industrial access into the Blackstone-Wapiabi forest land use zone (FLUZ). At the time these recommendations are made, 22 gas exploration licenses have been sold in the northern half of the Blackstone-Wapiabi. in addition, there are a few freehold areas that include mineral rights.
