Under the Together We Raise Tomorrow banner, The Government of Alberta engaged with Albertans to develop the foundation of a Children’s Charter, inform strategies about reducing poverty, and explore concrete options for integrating the province’s early childhood development systems. Part of this engagement included community discussions, and this handbook was developed to provide support to those involved in facilitating these discussions and to help them lead conversations with employees, volunteers, and the clients they serve.
