Description

Reports the findings of an independent consultant contracted by the Athabasca Tribal Council and the Government of Alberta to undertake an evaluation of the Cumulative Environmental Management Association. The purpose of the study was to undertake an assessment of the operations and structure of CEMA as it pertains to the affected aboriginal groups of the area. The evaluation consulted directly with CEMA, government, industry and aboriginal representatives.
