Description

This companion document to "Changing our Future: Alberta's Cancer Plan to 2030" provides additional information on the current services provided by Alberta's cancer care system, and the challenges the system faces. It also describes the elements critical to providing high quality cancer care - prevention, screening, diagnosis and treatment, research and the workforce. Finally it outlines the performance measures which will be used to determine whether the system is successfully achieving the strategies and actions identified in the Plan.
