This is the terms of reference for Phase 1 of the multi-phase Lesser Slave Lake and River Basin (collectively referred to as the Lesser Slave Basins, or LSB) water management plan. This phase is to be completed in January 2005. Subsequent phases of the water management plan will have separate terms of reference.
