Description

The purpose of the Water Treatment Program is to prevent deterioration of the water systems in Alberta Government buildings that are managed by Alberta Infrastructure, Property Management, or firms contracted to manage these facilities on Alberta Infrastructure's behalf. The Water Treatment Program Manual was designed as an information source for building managers and operating personnel, on the various types of systems operating within these facilities. It also serves as a reference guide, providing detailed information relative to the water system description, operation and maintenance, water treatment requirements, control tests, chemicals and reagents and controlled emission of chemical waste products.

Each department of the Government of Alberta is required to have a publicly-accessible directory of personal information banks. A personal information bank is any resource which includes personal information. This list of personal information banks for Alberta Infrastructure lists: the name and location of the information bank; the type of personal information it contains; what categories of individuals the information pertains to; why the information was collected and how it is used or disclosed; and the legal authority for the collection of the information. A personal information bank does not provide direct access to an individual's records.
