Description

This document was developed collaboratively between the Minister of Alberta Municipal Affairs and the Municipal Government Board (MGB) to reflect a common understanding for their respective roles and responsibilities. Although the MGB is part of the Ministry for administrative purposes, the MGB is an independent body making independent decisions. The Municipal Government Board was amalgamated into the Land and Property Rights Tribunal as of June 2, 2021.
