Ministerial Order from the Minister of Transportation to temporarily modify and suspend parts of the Traffic Safety Act, Drivers' Hours of Service Regulation, Commercial Vehicle Dimension and Weight Regulation, Commercial Vehicle Certificate and Insurance Regulation, and Vehicle Inspection Regulation.
