Description

Due to public health restrictions required to lower the risk of transmission of the COVID-19 virus, adjustments have been made to s. 46(4) of the Local Authorities Election Act, to enable electors who are waiting in line at the voting station when it is declared closed to be allowed to enter the voting station to vote. This direction is in effect for the 2021 general election year only.
