The North Saskatchewan Regional Advisory Council was established in July 2014 to provide strategic advice to Cabinet regarding the development of the North Saskatchewan Regional Plan. Council members attended eight multi-day, facilitated meetings in locations across the region between July and November of 2014. The meeting agendas and the meeting notes are included in this record. Also included is a list of the team members and a document with answers to frequently-asked questions about regional advisory councils.

The Lower Athabasca Regional Advisory Council was established on December 16, 2008, to provide strategic advice and recommendations to the Government of Alberta on the development of the Lower Athabasca Regional Plan. It completed its mandate in March 2010 by providing its advice to government. The council met 13 times during its tenure.
