Description

The regulation describes the duties and obligations of agricultural dispositions holders on public lands, and persons wishing to gain recreation access to land held under disposition. It also outlines protocols with respect to the establishment of recreation management plans for land held under disposition. Resolution by local settlement officers or Environment and Parks’ directors is available in cases of dispute between the disposition holder and the recreational user.
