Description

The Feeder Associations Guarantee Regulation, under the Feeder Associations Guarantee Act, sets out aspects of the guarantee loan process and operation of feeder associations. The Regulation defines the requirements for guaranteed loan, the allowable or prohibited uses of guaranteed loans and reporting requirements; the operation of feeder associations; and, dealings between an association and its members including membership requirements, sale proceeds, and the maximum amounts for total monetary obligations.
