Environmental Impact Assessment and associated applications pertaining to the proposed Laricina Energy Ltd. Germain Project Expansion. The proposal is for production capacity of approximately 155,000 bbls/d of bitumen using steam assisted gravity drainage (SAGD) and solvent-cyclic steam assisted gravity drainage (SC-SAGD).
