Description

The Prompt Payment and Construction Lien (Prescribed Persons, Entities and Project Agreements) Regulation establishes a mechanism to provide flexibility in regard to the Prompt Payment and Construction Lien Act’s proper invoicing timelines. The Regulation establishes eligibility criteria that must be met in order for a project agreement to be considered for such flexibility, and includes a Schedule identifying the persons, entities and project agreements that have been granted such flexibility.
