This document represents the Enhanced Approval Process (EAP) integrated standards and guidelines, and identifies information and requirements for in-scope EAP applications and dispositions. The EAP is the process used to make surface land use applications to the government. It incorporates processes, procedures, policies, and information technology systems and tools to create a streamlined, efficient and effective approval process.

Applicants for a disposition must submit the appropriate plan type that meets the requirements for the activity and purpose of the disposition being applied for. Disposition plans submitted digitally, and digital plan submissions are to be appropriately geo-referenced.
