Six requests for review of the Lower Athabasca Regional Plan were submitted following the implementation of the plan in September 2012. A review panel was appointed in June 2014 to consider the six review requests and to provide recommendations to the Government of Alberta. As part of their work, the panel could request further information to permit a full and satisfactory understanding of the matters in the review. This record contains the panel's eighth request for information, directed to Onion Lake Cree Nation. No response was received to the request.

Six requests for review of the Lower Athabasca Regional Plan were submitted following the implementation of the plan in September 2012. A review panel was appointed in June 2014 to consider the six review requests and to provide recommendations to the Government of Alberta. As part of their work, the panel could request further information to permit a full and satisfactory understanding of the matters in the review. This record contains the panel's second request for information, directed to the Government of Alberta. It also includes the response received to the information request and several replies to the government response that were received from other parties involved in the review request under consideration.
