This ministerial order, pursuant to Section 3.1 of the Public Sector Employers Amendment Act, establishes a transition period for Out-of-Scope employees that holds the parameters of the repealed Reform of Agencies, Boards, and Commissions Act and its regulations in effect until the ministerial order is rescinded, replaced, or repealed.
