Director's order imposed on Brett Sydney Harvey and Volcom Electric to cease from entering into prepaid contracts with residential consumers until licensing requirements are met, to ensure all prepaid contracts are in writing and include the terms required by section 10(2) of the Prepaid Contracting Business Licensing Regulation and section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, and to ensure refunds are provided to consumer within 15 days of the contract being cancelled as allowed by the Consumer Protection Act.
