Director's Order imposed on Sartaj Singh Kalat, Navneet Kaur Kalat and Furniture House and any employee, representative, agent, or associate of Sartaj Singh Kalat, Navneet Kaur Kalat and Furniture House to immediately cease using exaggeration, innuendo or ambiguity as to a material fact with respect to the consumer transaction, cease making representations that a consumer transaction involves or does not involve rights, remedies or obligations that is different from the fact, cease doing or saying anything that might reasonably deceive or mislead a consumer, cease making representations that goods are new if they are used, deteriorated, altered or reconditioned, cease making representations that goods are available in a particular quantity if they are not, and cease making representations that goods or services will be supplied within a stated period if the supplier knows or ought to know that they will not.
