Director's Order imposed on Smart Home Solutions Ltd. to cease engaging in business as a prepaid contractor until licensing requirements are met, to cease doing or saying anything that might reasonably deceive or mislead a consumer, to cease representing that they can supply goods or services if they cannot, to provide a refund to consumers within 15 days after a contract is cancelled, and to include all components of a sales contract as per section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act.
