Provides the Municipal District (MD) of Bonnyville No. 87, for the purpose of amending the MD’s ward boundary bylaw to incorporate the lands of the former Improvement District No. 349 into the existing ward(s), that a bylaw enacted under Section 148 of the Municipal Government Act in 2021, shall take effect for the 2021 general election and that the requirement to advertise does not apply.
