Approves the Calgary Metropolitan Region Board Dispute Resolution and Appeal Bylaw as amended, dated February 9th, 2024 and attached as Schedule A to this Order. Also states that the Land and Property Rights Tribunal shall hear appeals of decisions of the Calgary Metropolitan Region Board on applications submitted pursuant to the Board’s Regional Evaluation Framework, in accordance with Sections 8 and 9 of the Dispute Resolution and Appeal Bylaw.

The LGFF is replacing the Municipal Sustainability Initiative, which was in place from 2007 to 2023.
