Removes from the equalized assessments of a municipality for the 2018 to 2020 tax years the amount of taxable assessment on the properties described in the Order: namely, land and improvements operated and used primarily for seniors' accommodation units and held by a non-profit organization, as defined in the Municipal Affairs Grants Regulation, as amended, for which a grant was provided in 2001.
