Description

The purpose of this guide is to assist company representatives in providing information needed by assessors to prepare assessments for regulated properties. The procedures in this guide are intended to be consistent with the value standards prescribed in the Matters Relating to Assessment and Taxation Regulation. The principal objectives of this guide are to specify minimum standards for reporting construction costs, and to describe the construction costs that should be included in determining assessable cost.
