The purpose of this publication is to assist permanent land agent licence holders in understanding how to satisfy their legislated professional competency requirements. The guidelines have been developed and are to be used as a self-assessment tool to aid licensed practitioners to determine the continuing competence learning activities they need or plan to work towards to support their chosen field/areas of practice, and includes information on how to satisfy the legislated requirements.
