Description

This study delineates flood hazard areas and determines design flood levels for Blackmud Creek through Nisku. The study area includes a 12 km reach of Blackmud Creek. The design discharge for Blackmud Creek ranges from 16 m³/s at the upstream end of the reach to 78 m³/s at the downstream end. The study was prepared in March 2014. Flood information available after study completion may not be reflected in the current flood hazard study report or flood hazard mapping.
