Each annual issue of this report summarizes information gathered from compliance reports submitted by regulated facilities under the Technology Innovation and Emissions Reduction Regulation. Information contained in the report includes total regulated emissions, compliance position, and credit usage by sector, and a summary of historic compliance results from 2007 forward.

The requirements include dispositions and Provisional Roadways (RDS) and Disposition Reservations (DRS), on public lands managed by FPT and the AER. This manual does not include the survey and sketch requirements for agricultural activities on public land.

Environmental assessment registry documents pertaining to the proposed Stone Creek Resorts Inc. Gondola project. The proposal is to construct and operate an aerial passenger ropeway system along with a day lodge, trail networks, viewing platforms, suspension bridge and associated utility services infrastructure as part of the Silvertip Integrated Village Resort. The proposed passenger aerial gondola would connect the base area of the Silvertip Resort to an upper terminal on the summit ridge of Mount Lady MacDonald, via a mid-station integrated with the Silvertip Resort Village. This resource includes a summary, highlights and background information of a study undertaken to provide information on long-term planning and opportunity for handling water within the Designated Industrial Zone in Alberta's Industrial Heartland, with the aim of developing a regionalized hybrid water supply and distribution model to optimize the use of new and existing water supply infrastructure within the area. The study, prepared by Stantec Consulting under contract to Alberta Environment and Parks, also considered options for wastewater management and explored management approaches through the use of a jurisdictional review. The full Stantec report is included as an attachment to the publication.
