This document pertaining to the Alberta Research and Innovation Authority was developed collaboratively between the Authority and the Minister of Innovation and Advanced Education to reflect a common understanding of their respective roles and responsibilities. Under the banner of Alberta Innovates, the Authority works with key innovation support agencies, with publicly funded post-secondary institutions, industry, and government to further research and innovation in the province and to make Alberta more competitive in the global economy.
