This notice from from the Chief Medical Officer of Health provides information on exemptions and clarifications to recently-released health orders related to restrictions on mass gatherings and physical distancing as they apply to licensed residential addiction treatment facilities. Note: This notice references CMOH Orders 05-2020, 06-2020 and 07-2020. Order 06-2020 was rescinded by Order 10-2020; and effective April 28, 2020, residential addiction treatment facilities were removed from Order 10-2020 and are now covered under CMOH Order 13-2020.
