Description

The Government of Alberta (Alberta Transportation) proposes to construct flood mitigation infrastructure to divert extreme flood flow from the Elbow River into an off-stream reservoir where it would be temporarily contained and later released back into the Elbow River after the flood peak has passed. This document contains the materials used as display boards at open houses held in 2017 to present the public with information about the proposed project.
