Description

This Act provides for the formation, organization and structure of regional airports authorities. The business and purposes of such authorities are set out. The latter include the advancement of economic and community development by means of promoting and encouraging improved airline and transportation service and an expanded aviation industry. Administrative penalties for contraventions of the Act are established.
