Description

This Special Act, authorized under section 47 of the Water Act, would permit a small inter-basin transfer of treated municipal drinking water per year from the North Saskatchewan River basin to the Athabasca River basin, of up to 158.045 decametres annually for Entwistle and 13.870 decametres annually for Nakamun Park.
