Director's Order imposed on Financial Debt Recovery Limited and any employee, representative, or agent thereof to refrain from engaging in any collection activity in relation to non-judgment debts where the last payment or written acknowledgement by the debtor is more than 6 years previous, regardless of whether any statutory limitations period applies in respect of commencing a legal action on such non-judgment debt. Note: This Director's Order is under appeal.
