Description

The Targeted Initiative for Older Workers (TIOW) is a federal-provincial/territorial cost-shared initiative designed to assist unemployed older workers living in small, vulnerable communities of 250,000 people and less with their reintegration into the workforce. This compendium was compiled to illustrate examples of best practices in TIOW programming from across Canada since the inception of the program in 2006.
