This document describes the basic principles of rangeland management that when applied enhance rangeland stewardship. It describes how rangeland stewardship is key to sustaining native rangelands. This document compliments the Operating Standards for Alberta's Public Land Grazing Dispositions and supersedes the 2007 Grazing Lease Stewardship Code of Practice.
