Description

The guide was developed by parents of children with disabilities and the Alberta Association for Community Living. This guide is a reflection of the shared experiences and understandings of parents just like you, united in their love for their children and their desire for them to have every opportunity for a happy and productive life. This guide will answer some of the most common questions parents have when their child is diagnosed with a disability. It will not answer all your questions, but it will serve as a starting point and show you where you can find additional information.
