Letter from the Alberta Minister of Justice to Canada’s minister of Public Safety expressing concern about the looming end of the amnesty period for firearms owners affected by federal orders-in-council SOR/2020-96 and SOR/2020-97. The letter urges the federal minister to abandon the orders-in-council or, failing that, to extend the amnesty period by another two years.
