Description

The Act authorizes the annual transfer of up to 51.1 cubic decameters, in respect of communities within the County of St. Paul, and up to 550 decameters, in respect of communities within Smoky Lake County and the White Fish Lake Indian Reserve, of treated municipal water between the North Saskatchewan River Basin and the Beaver River Basin.
