Ce programme d'initiative en matière de compétence travaillera avec des partenaires industriels pour former, par l'entremise de projets axés sur l'industrie, des francophones et des nouveaux arrivants qui sont actuellement sans emploi.

The Framework can also be used as a tool to assist with project pre-planning to help minimize impacts to wildlife and wildlife habitat through project siting and other considerations.
